The Proximity and Social Economy (PSE) sector is stepping into the future with digital and data-driven innovation at its core.
This mission drives the DO Impact Project, a new European initiative that aims to support SMEs and Social Economy Enabling Organisations in the PSE sector to adopt digital solutions and data-driven models, enhancing sustainability, social value, and competitiveness.
The DO Impact Project has officially launched following a successful kick-off meeting in Turin, Italy, organised by the project leader FPI. The project, funded under the EU COSME programme, will run until 2026 and deliver practical solutions to help Digital and Social SMEs thrive in a rapidly evolving economy.
Through DO Impact, Digital and Social SMEs and Social Economy Enabling Organisations will gain access to tools, resources, and strategies to boost their digital capacity and resilience. The project will empower participants with:
- Capacity Building Activities — Trainings, peer-learning sessions, and awareness-raising initiatives.
- Coaching and Mentoring — Hands-on support to implement digital solutions effectively.
- Business Support Services — Guidance to scale up operations and adopt sustainable practices.
What’s Coming Next? The DO Impact Project will deliver impactful activities across Europe, including:
- Digital Readiness Assessments — Evaluating digital capabilities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Customised Training Programmes — Building skills tailored to local and transnational needs.
- Targeted Mentoring — Offering personalised coaching to integrate new tools and strategies.
- Networking Opportunities — Creating spaces for collaboration and shared learning.
