Branding and green labeling

Did you know that...?

Clear branding and green labelling are essential tools to support the transition to a more sustainable agri-food sector. As the EU advances its legislative framework for sustainable food systems, initiatives like the Farm-to-Fork strategy, the Biodiversity Strategy for 2030, and the long-term vision for rural areas are already guiding the shift. These policies aim to reduce the environmental footprint of food production, protect biodiversity, and ensure fair economic returns for farmers—while helping consumers make informed, conscious choices.

Labelling that communicates environmental and social impact builds trust, boosts transparency, and rewards producers who adopt greener and more ethical practices.
