Elia joined Diesis in 2024 through the Italian Civil Service. Before that, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the University of Trento, focusing on Human Rights and International Governance. In September 2025, he joined Diesis Network as a Project & Communication Assistant. His main tasks include supporting project managers in the implementation of various projects, writing project proposals, and assisting the Communication Managers. Elia is also pursuing a Master’s degree in European and International Governance at VUB in Brussels. His goal is to create an impact, no matter how big or small, in this complex world.
