Assessment of policy and regulatory framework shaping the social economy in Europe
Deliverable 3.1 of the DICES project, this working paper reviews the policy and regulatory frameworks that condition the social economy’s role in European care services. It combines two macro perspectives — welfare state regimes and social economy regulation at EU and national level — with deep-dive analyses of long-term care and services for refugees and asylum seekers across nine countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, and Norway.

Regional Profile Reports Dimensions of social exclusion in the selected case study regions
