COOP4IN is a small-scale partnership co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme that explores the cooperative model as an inclusive business approach in which people with disabilities (PWDs) can play a pivotal role. The project develops policy recommendations to support the creation of social enterprises and cooperatives in rural areas, promoting sustainable local development while improving the quality of services for PWDs.
It aims to design an inclusive business model that enables PWDs to actively participate in shaping social enterprises and cooperatives, while encouraging their involvement in social entrepreneurship as a pathway to employment and rural development.
