Fabiana is a Project and Policy Manager with experience in EU-funded programmes, including Horizon Europe, ESF+, Erasmus+, COSME, and CERV. She specializes in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and policy analysis, with a focus on the social economy, sustainability, and inclusive innovation.
She has contributed to the design and implementation of multi-country projects, with a particular focus on rural development and international cooperation, including extensive work across African contexts. She has coordinated diverse stakeholders such as public authorities, social enterprises, investors, and innovation actors. Her experience includes policy research, stakeholder consultations, and impact assessments, as well as contributing to EU policy development during her traineeship at the European Commission (DG EMPL).
With a strong interest in inclusive growth, the green transition, and territorial development, she is committed to strengthening collaboration across ecosystems and delivering projects aligned with EU priorities, supporting sustainable and socially driven innovation.
