- Access to network activities but no voting rights
- Participate in open parts of the General Assembly

- Fill in the application form
Full members
- Contribute a capital share and an annual fee
- Help shape strategy and vote for the Board of Directors
- Capital is refundable if a member decides to terminate the membership
