Bluedots project is launching an open call for coaching and mentoring services, offering social economy SMEs active in the blue economy a unique opportunity to access free, tailored professional support. Through this initiative, 40 organisations will be selected to work alongside experienced mentors and coaches, gaining the guidance they need to strengthen their digital transition, improve organisational performance, and translate strategic ambitions into concrete action.
