EO Days is a two-day series of conferences and discussions for practitioners, policymakers, financial institutions and business leaders. The programme explores how employee ownership can support business succession, strengthen European competitiveness and share prosperity more widely. It also covers the financing and policy frameworks needed to help employee-owned businesses grow. The morning conference on 3 November is organised by IED and the Foundation for European Progressive Studies (FEPS).
