Agents of Change develops tools to upskill and reskill professionals in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) through a micro-learning, challenge-based capacity-building programme inspired by the New European Bauhaus (NEB). The project provides continuing vocational education using entrepreneurial and collaborative innovation methods to equip CCI professionals with the skills, competences, and tools needed to drive sustainable change in their communities.
It adapts training to green and digital labour market needs, identifies key NEB-informed competences, strengthens digital readiness and resilience, improves work quality and market responsiveness, and promotes environmental sustainability and climate action by integrating NEB values throughout the project.
