The PARI project is a two-year EU initiative funded under the Single Market Programme (SMP) that supports the creation and consolidation of Clusters for Social and Ecological Innovation (CSEIs) in rural areas. These multi-sectoral clusters bring together public authorities, social economy organisations, and businesses to mobilise local resources and foster sustainable, inclusive, and resilient territorial development.
Implemented in Portugal, Spain, and Sweden, PARI promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital inclusion while developing local action plans and governance models tailored to rural contexts. The project also contributes to advancing research and practical knowledge on social and ecological innovation clusters across Europe.
