The SEA project aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of adult educators and practitioners working on migrant inclusion in Social Entrepreneurship (SE) and support them in transferring this knowledge to help migrants develop SE business ideas. The project offers an inclusive and innovative training format on non-formal education and social entrepreneurship, a guidebook with training materials, methodologies, and best practices, and pilot trainings for adult educators and practitioners, with a focus on digital skills. It seeks to improve opportunities for migrant entrepreneurs in business and the digital sector, enhance their integration into the European labour market, and empower them to become financially self-reliant.
