Elia joined Diesis in 2024 through the Italian Civil Service. Before that, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the University of Trento, focusing on Human Rights and International Governance. In September 2025, he joined Diesis Network as a Project & Communication Assistant and from October 2026 he became Project and Communication Officer. His main tasks include managing various projects, writing project proposals, and assisting the Communication Managers. Elia has also obtained recently a Master’s degree in European and International Governance at VUB in Brussels. His goal is to create an impact, no matter how big or small, in this complex world.
