Jelena Pavlović is a social economy and social innovation practitioner, ecosystem builder and partnership developer at ACT Group, Croatia. Her work connects social entrepreneurship, organisational development, impact practice and cross-sector cooperation, with a focus on turning ideas into sustainable initiatives that create value for people and communities.
With over a decade of experience in EU, bilateral and international projects, she has worked across social economy, employment, inclusion, capacity building and policy development. Her expertise includes ecosystem mapping, partnership development, supporting emerging organisations and ventures, and connecting civil society, public institutions, academia, funders, companies and social enterprises.
At ACT Group, Jelena contributes to the development of Croatia’s social economy and social innovation ecosystem through venture building, incubation and acceleration, organisational development, impact measurement and partnership development. As leader of Croatia’s National Competence Centre for Social Innovation, she also supports the development and scaling of innovative solutions to social challenges.
