Marta Bruschi joined Diesis Network in January 2020 and she is working as a freelance expert. She has more than 10 years’ experience in the Third Sector, working with international NGOs (e.g. African Foundation for Business Development) and European Networks (e.g. EUROCLIO, EUCLID NETWORK, etc.) and global networks (International Association for Volunteering Efforts). She led key programmes in the areas of Capacity Building, Leadership and Peer Learning (Charities Aid Foundation). In the last 3 years she consolidated her experience in the implementation of pan-European Community Building strategies and Networks & Membership development at Diesis Network, where she brought her sound knowledge in the development of networks and innovations groups, including clusters, with a particular focus on the Western Balkans. She enjoys working with a diverse group of people in a multicultural environment. She holds a Master’s Degree in European Studies and Political Science at the University of Amsterdam.
