She holds a degree and a PhD in Communication Sciences and has over twenty years of experience as a manager in the public sector, with responsibilities spanning place marketing, communication, international relations, European policies and funding, and initiatives supporting social impact projects. She headed the International Relations and European Projects Departments of the City of Turin (2004–2013) and the City of Milan (2014–2016). She subsequently led the Office of the President of the Piedmont Region (2016–2019) and served as General Manager of the municipal company responsible for marketing and public services in Courmayeur (2020–2023).

Building on her extensive experience in territorial development, and following an executive programme in Sustainability and Impact Leadership at the School of Management of Politecnico di Torino, she has focused on sustainability and impact since 2019. She is Strategy Advisor to Torino Social Impact, an ecosystem for social entrepreneurship and impact finance bringing together more than 450 public and private, for-profit and non-profit organisations. She is also co-founder of Triadi, a benefit corporation and spin-off of Politecnico di Milano providing digital solutions and advisory services on impact strategy and measurement.
