Governance
Diesis Network is guided by a governance structure rooted in cooperation, transparency, and shared responsibility.
The organisation is overseen by a Board of Directors, led by the Executive President, which provides strategic direction and ensures alignment with the cooperative’s mission and values. The Board is elected by the General Assembly, which is composed of representatives of all Full Members.
The Board works alongside a dedicated team responsible for implementing activities and managing projects on a day-to-day basis. Diesis also collaborates with external experts who contribute specialised knowledge and independent perspectives to support its work and ongoing development.
